Lost your receipt? We can help you retrieve your lost bills and receipts for in-store purchases you made with us.

Make sure you have the following information handy with you:

• ZIP code or city and state of the store location where you made your purchase.
• Purchase Date and Total Receipt Amount.
• Card type and last 4 digits of the Credit/Debit Card Number.

Access the Invoice and follow the steps:

1. Login to www.store.geekstudio.us.
2. Go to “My Account” and navigate to the “My Invoices” tab.
3. Enter details – Store Location, Purchase Date, Card Type and last 4 digits of the card number, and Receipt Amount.
4. Confirm the captcha.
5. Select “Lookup Receipt”.
6. Download your receipt.

Currently, 46 jurisdictions in the United States levy a Sales Tax. Geek Studio understands that it’s the responsibility of every business to collect sales tax in the state where we have a physical presence. 

About Geek Studio Tax Policy

Sellers are responsible for paying taxes connected with Geek Studio in accordance with all applicable laws of the state having nexus with, on income earned from Geek Studio sales.

Tax on Geek Studio Fees

Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or similar consumption tax may be levied on selling fees depending upon the location of the seller.

• Such taxes will be charged separately on your seller invoice or included in our fees.
• Seller’s registration address must be up to date to know the exact location.

Sellers with a tax registration number may apply for tax exemption on their Geek Studio selling fees who are using Geek Studio for business.

• Geek Studio holds the right to ask the seller or judicial authorities for additional verification regarding the seller’s taxable status as permitted by law. 
• All information related to your taxable status will be processed in accordance with the terms of the user Privacy Notice.

Tax on Items Sold to Buyers Located in the US

Sellers can specify the states in which they are required to charge sales tax by setting up in tax table.

• • Sellers are required to submit all relevant documentation and copies of a permit for each state in which they are authorized to collect sales tax.
  • Sellers should not charge the sales tax in the states where they are not authorized and should charge only legally authorized amounts.

• The item title, image, or description cannot contain any information about sales taxes in listings.

Refunds to a Buyer

• In case of refund, cancellation, full refund, or partial refund from the buyer’s side, Geek Studio will refund the sales tax to the buyer since we collected the sales tax on the original transaction.
• The seller is liable for refunding the whole amount paid by the customer at checkout, along with any paid Internet Sales Tax, if the refund is processed through the PayPal platform.
• In order to receive a complete refund or a proportionate fraction of it for a partial refund, the seller must check the original PayPal transaction for the whole amount of tax owed by the buyer and add it to the refund amount.
• Geek Studio will refund any taxes paid when the seller reimburses the buyer.
