Getting vaccinated is the most important thing our employees can do to safeguard themselves and their communities from Covid-19. Geek Studio has hosted more than 500 on-site vaccination events for front-line employees since March 2021 in the US. Also, we continuously come up with new ideas on behalf of employees to keep them and our communities safe and healthy.
Dr. S. William, a chief medical officer helps Geek Studio employees by educating them on the importance of vaccination and fighting vaccine hesitancy head-on. We organized a handful of events at our sites including 25 in-depth education sessions and personal interactions with nearly 1 lakh Geek Studio employees. This helped in reaching our goal to make sure employees felt safe and comfortable and dispel myths about getting vaccinated.
Geek Studio has made COVID-19 vaccines available to more than 1 lakh Geek Studio employees and their family members. We also offer a $20 per-dose incentive for front-line employees. We also offered $50 as a sign-on bonus for new hires in our company.
Recently Geek Studio launched a campaign for our operations employees to encourage front-line employees to get vaccinated. To make this campaign a successful one, we offered a variety of prizes including cash prizes, new vehicles, and vacations that include 30 hours of paid time off.
