Geek Studio's Dedicated Help Desk System

You can track the status of your open orders and also view the details of your past orders at the “My Orders” option. Once the order is processed and shipped, we send notifications through email updates about order confirmation and tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to see the estimated delivery time. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after your item ships. 

Steps to track the shipment of your order from Geek Studio:

  1. Navigate to the “My Orders” tab.
  2. Tap on the relevant order.
  3. Click on the “Track your order” button. 
  4. A delivery sequence of your order will be displayed. The most recent stage will be highlighted with a circular icon.

Your Delivery Status is showing “Item Delivered”, even if it hasn’t been delivered yet? If you are unable to locate your package, you can ask the relevant carrier if there is more information about the location of the package available. 99% of packages arrive on time, but occasionally, the tracking may indicate “delivered” even though you don’t get your package. 

Follow the steps to track your Missing Package:

  • Verify the shipping address in “My Orders”.
  • Check for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Check the delivery notification from the Geek Studio message center to verify if the package was accepted by either your building security or neighbors. 
  • Look around the delivery location of your package.
  • See, if someone else accepted the delivery.
  • Wait 48 hours and be patient until one of our agents gets in contact with you.

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your order, you can make complain about your missing package, and call Geek Studio Customer Care at (602) 880-7537 or send an email at support@geekstudio.us within 15 days of expected delivery and our team will investigate the issue and help you out surely.

Forgot to change your old address with your current address? Do not panic! You can change or update your delivery address for your order any time before it is dispatched. Also, you may change the address during checkout. Here, is how you can go:

  • Change the delivery address during checkout
  • Change the delivery address after you placed an order
  • Order is not yet Dispatched
  • When an order has been dispatched

Change the delivery address during checkout

You can update your address during check out on the Geek Studio Site:

  1. Add an item to be purchased to your basket.
  2. Now, go to your basket.
  3. Choose the payment option.
  4. Click to proceed to checkout.
  5. Sign in to your Geek Studio’s account if you haven’t already, or click “Continue as a Guest”.
  6. Under the delivery address option, check whether the address mentioned is correct or not. If it isn’t correct, click on the “Change Address” option.
  7. Select a delivery address or click “Add an Address” to enter a new address.
  8. After adding the correct address, click on “Dispatch Order” to place an order.

If you placed an order with an incorrect delivery address, first check out that your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Sign in to your Geek Studio account with your login details and go to Your Account, then Purchases. Here, you will see your order status as ‘Dispatched’ or ‘Not Dispatched’.

If your order is Not Dispatched yet:

Contact our Customer Care Team to update your address on the order or ask to cancel it. You can then re-order the same items with the correct delivery address.

You can’t modify the delivery address for orders that have entered the shipping process. If your order is dispatched from our store, you can contact the delivery service to see if they can reroute the order.

Order Delayed? This message means your order will arrive at the updated delivery time you received via text. In the meanwhile, Geek Studio does everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Geek Studio makes all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the products are delivered to users in a timely manner, sometimes delayed deliveries are unavoidable.

Delivery may be delayed on account of:

  • Logistical issues beyond Geek Studio’s control
  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee lockouts, etc.
  • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
  • Unsuitable weather conditions
  • Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such events of delay, the Geek Studio team will make all reasonable attempts to intimate the user in writing on their registered email or mobile number regularly. Further, Geek Studio shall be under no obligation to compensate the user on account of the delay in the shipment.

You can also get in touch with our support team to ask about the re-scheduled delivery of your order. You can reach us by selecting either call or email options.

Users can set up notifications to receive automated text messages and important alerts on their phones about their orders, account safety, Geek’s offers, and discounts, or other customer service issues.  Follow the steps to set up Notifications:
  • Go to the “My Account” section.
  • Under Communication Preferences, select Email alerts and SMS alerts.
  • If you haven’t added your phone number to your account:
  1. Under the SMS preferences tab, select “Add your mobile phone number”.
  2. To the right of the Mobile phone number, select “Add”.
  3. Enter your mobile number and click “OK”.
  4. Verify your phone number by entering the one-time password that is sent to your phone.
  • Once a phone number is registered with the Geek Studio account, set your shipping and payment notifications, and select “Update”.

You should receive a confirmation email for in-store purchases once the item is ready to be picked up. If you haven’t received a confirmation email yet, we still processing and working on getting that order ready. Please wait for the order confirmation email before showing up at the store. 

When you place an in-store reservation with us, please adhere to the steps outlined below: 

1. Bring Payment

We don’t charge you at the time of order placement, we just reserve your items. You need to bring an accepted form of payment when you come to pick up the item.

2. Bring a Copy

Bring a copy of an email confirming your order reservation at our store.

3. Finish Shopping

Take time to do little shopping when you come to pick up your items.

4. Find the Sign

When you are ready to check out, go to our customer representative to purchase the online order from the store.
